<p>A line winding aid for winding line from a spool, the winding aid comprising: a chassis (1, 2); means (9, 11, 12, 13) for fixedly mounting the line spool (102) on the chassis; and a rotor arm (14) mounted in use on the chassis for rotation about an axis passing through the spool and having a line guide (18, 19) for guiding the line from a direction generally tangential to the spool to one generally in the direction of the axis of rotation, the arrangement being such that the line can be drawn off sideways from the spool with rotation of the rotor arm in winding line to a fixed spool reel.</p> |
