CONSTITUTION:A refractory coating material 1 compounded with carbide such as Sic and one or more kinds of ionic materials including FeCl2, NaCl, etc. is coated on the surface of a sand mold 2 which is molded in a metallic flask 3. Next, when electricity is conducted to the frame 3 and the coating material 1 through a stationary terminal 4 and a block terminal 5, these are dried and binded into one piece by the Joule heat of the coating material and the sand mold. |
