DRINKING TEA PRODUCED BY HOT TREATMENT OF PICKED RAW LEAF OF WHITE CEDAR

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title tea having intestinal bactericidal activity, effective for anti-inflammation, disinfection, sedation, antitussiveness, expectoration etc., by sealing picked leaves of white cedar in a vessel followed by hot treatment. CONSTITUTION:Picked leaves of white cedar is sealed in a vessel and heated or steamed, thus obtaining the objective drinking tea. It is preferable for the heating to be made at 60-80 deg.C for 6-10hr, while for the steaming, at 75-100 deg.C for 7-12hr.
