<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operation rate of an automatic machine tool, by making a buffer means which detains a pallet temporarily a separate one respectively for receiving from a pallet transfer means, and for delivery to the pallet transfer means. CONSTITUTION:The places where pallet changers 28, 29 can detain excessive pallets by two kinds of buffer means 40, 41 for receiving and for delivery are provided separately respectively at the pallet delivery side and pallet receiving side of a pallet transfer means 4 on each automatic machine tool 3. So, after delivering the pallet with unworked work to the buffer means 40 for receiving, for example, the pallet with worked work is left there without receiving from the buffer means 41 for delivery, and can be transferred to a work detaching station 2 by receiving the pallet 5 used by an unmanned operation mode from a pallet storing means 1. The operation rate of the automatic machine tool 3 can thus be increased.</p> |
