An antiphlogistic and analgesic gel preparation comprising diclofenac or its salt, a nonionic high-molecular compound, a dibasic acid ester, and a lower alcohol, wherein diclofenac or its salt is well capable of percutaneous absorption to exhibit fully the pharmacological effect and which has a prolonged stability even when it contains diclofenac or its salt at a high concentration.
