PURPOSE:To select the best combination of abrasion-resisting material and counterpart material by constructing the apparatus in such a structure that a nut is put on a screw-formed shaft which juts out as one body from a stator section, through a bearing and spring, to weld the stator and rotor with pressure for applying a pressure welding force to the abrasion-resisting material and partner material. CONSTITUTION:Abrasion-resisting material 20 is attached to the rotor 18 side. The rotor 18 is welded to a stator with the desired static pressure welding force by a pressure application mechanism which is constituted of a disc spring 23, a nut 24 and a shaft 21. The rotor 18 and a head mass 14 are welded with a 6kgf force by the pressure welding force application mechanism constituted of the shaft 21, disc spring 23 and nut 24 to apply a pressure welding force to the abrasion-resisting material 20. The stator 10 is fixed with a flat board of 0.5mm in thickness. After an input voltage is adjusted so that a DC motor may have a no-load rotation 2000 r.p.m. and the maximum torque 2kgf.cm, a Langevin vibrator is applied with a voltage to excite vibration of a 1mum longitudinal vibration amplitude. |
