PURPOSE:To obtain seasoning by using powder of flakes of dried fish which has been treated as waste by drying powder of flakes of dried fish, making into fine powder, blending the fine powder of flakes of dried fish with powder prepared by drying Lentinus edodes and sea tangle and processing into powder while stirring. CONSTITUTION:Powder of flakes of dried fish is dried and made into fine powder to give a main component, which is mixed with a subsidiary component prepared by drying Lentinus edodes and sea tangle and processing into powder while stirring to give the objective seasoning. A mixture of 10wt.% dried bonito, 45wt.% dried frigate mackerel and 45wt.% dried mackerel is preferable as the powder of flakes of dried fish. |
