摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To ensure that a coat applied is uniform in thickness and is of high quality by providing a position sensor, a position/speed conversion device and a control device which makes variable the rotating speed of a crank drive motor based on speed data obtained for the position of a coating device using said conversion device. CONSTITUTION:If a crank drive motor 6 is started, coating devices 2A, 2B are moved back and forth and at the same time, an arithmetic processing operation is performed and the number of rotations of the motor 6 is variably controlled in accordance with the positions of the devices 2A, 2B. Then rotation speed of the motor 6 slows down gradually during a period when the coating devices 2A, 2B are reaching a speed reduction start position from a speed acceleration end positions, and then the motor 6 is rotated at gradually accelerated speed over a distance as far as the speed reduction start position from the position where the motor slows down. Thus paint is supplied at constant flow rate only during a period when the devices 2A, 2B move at uniform speed, and a coating with a uniform thickness and high quality can be obtained without any change in coated pattern.</p>
