<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a plunger from its flaw and stain and a bearing from its uneven wearing by forming a clearance between an air piston and an air flange while screwing an aligning member by forming a thread hole in an axial line of the plunger to which the air piston is fixed. CONSTITUTION:In a high pressure pump 1, an air piston 4 is mounted to a shaft part 20 of a plunger 2 and fixed to a thread part 21 by a plunger nut 16. Here, a protruding part 23 is protrusively provided from the thread part 21, and an external shape of this protruding part 23 is formed in hexagonal nut shape and also forming a thread hole 24 in the axial line. An aligning bolt 25, which is an aligning member, is screwed to this thread hole 24. On the other hand, a through hole 12a for receiving the nut 16 or the like is formed in an air flange 12 so that this through hole 12a is coated with an air flange cover 26 and a cover mounting bolt 27. A recessed part 26a, brought into contact with a spherical part 25a of the aligning bolt 25, is formed in the cover 26 so that a clearance S is formed between the air piston 4 and the air flange 12.</p> |
