PURPOSE:To generate a targeted correction wave without using a multiplier by directly modulating the amplitude of a waveform synchronized with horizontal scan by a sawtooth wave synchronized with the vertical scan of a screen. CONSTITUTION:A vertical synchronizing signal 2 (figure (a)) synchronized with the vertical scan of the screen is inputted to a vertical sawtooth wave generation circuit 4. Thereby, the circuit 4 outputs the sawtooth wave synchronized with the vertical scan of the screen (figure (b)). The output of the circuit 4 is inputted to a first inverse amplifier 11, and furthermore, the output of the amplifier 11 is inputted to a second inverse amplifier 12. Thereby, the amplifiers 11 and 12 output the sawtooth waves with negative phases to each other and synchronized with the vertical scan of the screen (figure (c), (d)). Meanwhile, a horizontal synchronizing signal 1 synchronized with the horizontal scan is inputted to an analog switch 15 (figure (e)). Therefore, the switch 15 repeats make/break synchronized with the horizontal scan of the screen. |
