A security protection system is provided to control access to a computer and ensures that the memory controller can only be accessed with the use of special software. Operations are coded to limit which can be performed without the relevent software. - The secured hardware port is monitored and any damage or attempt to manipulate results in the memory being blocked. The system operates with a host computer and a security computer.
