PURPOSE:To ensure an adhesive injection path for improving the productivity of a power transmission shaft by forming an injection hole for injecting adhesives in a connection on a path part of a pin member on the way of molding an FRP pipe. CONSTITUTION:A filament impregnated with resin is wound around a mandrel 11 to form a filament winding layer 1'. Before the layer is set, a pin member 3 of a brittle material having a path part 4 therein and an edge-like tip is sticked into through hole 16 through the filament winding layer 1' to form an FRP pipe 1 by setting the layer 1'. Next, when the tip of the pin member 3 is cut off by a shearing force to remove a pipe 1 from the mandrel 11, the outside and inside of the pipe 1 communicate to each other through the path part 4. Then, a fitting part 2a of a yoke 2 is inserted into the pipe after finishing an end face and adhesives P is poured through the path part 4 so that the whole connection S is filled with the adhesives P. |
