PURPOSE:To manufacture dense polymer cement hardened body having low water cement ratio and excellent in durability by a method wherein hydraulic substance, high-range water reducing agent and water are kneaded together and, after being added with synthetic resin emulsion and/or synthetic rubber latex, kneaded together again. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic substance, high-range water reducing agent and proper amount of water are kneaded together so as to ensure enough fluidity and, after polymer emulsion or polymer latex is added, the resultant mixture is kneaded together again. The hydraulic substance is mainly made of cement substance and used with set accelerating agent, expansive material, high strength admixture, various hydraulic admixtures and ultrafine powder. As the high-range water reducing agent, polyoxycarboxylate, lignin sulfonate and the like are exampled and its usage is 0.15 pts.wt. in terms of solid content to 100 pts.wt. of the hydraulic substance. As the synthetic resin emulsion, acrylic one, vinyl acetate-based one, vinylidene chloride-based one, polyvinyl chloride-based one and the like are exampled. As the synthetic rubber latex, synthetic material synthesized from diene polymer is used and its usage is 1-100 pts.wt. in terms of solid content to 100 pts.wt. of the hydraulic substance. |
