PURPOSE:To obtain fiber reinforced resin forming sheet, the surface layer part of fiber reinforced transparent resin layer of which has faborable transparency, ultraviolet absorbance and ultraviolet-curing characteristics by a method wherein fiber reinforced colored resin layer is laminated onto fiber reinforced transparent resin layer formed. CONSTITUTION:The fiber reinforced resin forming sheet 20 concerned is produced by laminating surface resin layer 26, which is predeterminedly colored, fiber reinforced colored resin layer 24, which is made of reinforcing fibers 23 such as glass fiber or the like impregnated with thermosetting resin such as unsaturated polyester resin or the like colored with color having the same hue as that of the surface resin layer 26 and fiber reinforced transparent resin layer 22, which is made of the reinforcing fibers 23 impregnated with transparent thermosetting resin added with ultraviolet-curing agent in the order named. On both sides of the fiber reinforced resin forming sheet 20, covering films 30 and 34 made of vinylon film or the like are pasted. In order to manufacture the fiber reinforced resin forming sheet 20, for example, on the covering film 30, the fiber reinforced transparent resin layer 22, the fiber reinforced colored resin layer 24 and the surface resin layer 26 are laminated to one another in the order named. Further, by setting the content of the reinforcing resin in the fiber reinforced colored resin layer 24 to be 40wt.% or more, the migration of the colorant in the colored resin layer 24 to the transparent resin layer 22 can be surely checked. |
