PURPOSE:To accelerate to a steady state in a short time by sequentially controlling at each time segment in response to individual amplitude value obtained when a sine waveform is divided in to equal areas along a time base. CONSTITUTION:A controller made of a CPU 9 is connected to a motor driver 8. The CPU 9 controls a driving pulse rate of the driver 8, and supplies image information to a head driver 7. The driving timing of a stepping motor 6 is synchronized by the driving timing of a print head 1 by the CPU 9. The CPU 9 is so operated as to sequentially control a driving pulse rate at each time segment according to the individual amplitude values obtained when a sine waveform is divided in to equal areas along a time base. So-called sine waveform acceleration control is executed to accelerate a print head 1 to a rated feeding speed in a short time. |
