NEW MATERIAL:To provide the subject modified antibody H chain wherein the amino acid sequence of the complementarity-determining region(CDR) of a variable region and a part of amino acids at the N-terminal and/or C-terminal of a framework adjacent to the amino acid sequence are sequences originated from the monoclonal antibody of a mouse and wherein other framework regions are amino acid sequences originated from a human antibody. USE:The neutralization of HIV, etc. PREPARATION:The modified antibody H chain is expressed from the fused gene of a mouse immunoglobulin gene with a human immunoglobulin gene by a genetic recombination technique.
