PURPOSE:To obtain resin-coated metal in which the indication content shown on the surface of the metal is firm and is not easily separated by a method in which the fluoroplastic film having the printed layer formed by ink resin composition is thermally welded onto the surface of the metal, and the ink resin composition contains acryl fluoride resin as a main component. CONSTITUTION:In resin-coated metal, the fluoroplastic film 3 having the printed layer 2 formed by ink resin composition is thermally welded onto the surface of the metal 1. As the metallic sheet 1, aluminum or aluminum alloy is preferably used. The printed layer 2 is composed of the ink resin composition formed on the fluoroplastic film 3 by printing, and the printed layer 2 is preferably formed on the rear of the film 3 which is the side brought in contact with the metallic sheet 1 to protect the printed layer 2 from abrasion. The thickness of the printed layer 2 is 1-100mum, and the thickness of the fluoroplastic film 3 is preferably 5-100mum. The ink resin composition contains the vinyl resin containing polyfluoroalkyl radical as a main component. |
