PURPOSE:To obtain a torque equal to that of a torsion bar, prevent the occurrence of abnormal sound and obtain an excellent operational sense by forming the torsion bar in a bending condition so that the space between hook parts can exist by more than the wire diameter, forming a hook part for locking one edge side in one hook parts, and forming a hook part for locking the other edge side in the bending part. CONSTITUTION:A torsion bar 4 is formed by bending a wire rod having approximately twice the length in use from its approximately central part. Hook parts 42a and 42a in L shape are formed on both sides of the wire rod at this time, and those bending parts are set so that the space between both edge hook parts 42a and 42a can be shifted by (d) in the lengthwise direction and can also open gradually toward both edge hook parts 42a and 42a under a free condition. The space (d) between these hook parts 42a and 42a is enough, if it is at least equal to the wire diameter of the wire rod. In this torsion bar 4, the hook parts 42a and 42a become a hook part 42 for locking one edge side, and an approximately C shape hook part 41 for locking the other edge side is also formed in the bending part. This torsion bar 4 is assembled into a shaft body for constituting a slow-acting rotary shaft device. |
