PURPOSE:To render the printing highly vivid and the surface smooth by performing printing in use of a plastic surface film having high heat resistance and solvent resistance, and employing polyvinyl chloride as an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:A plastic film having excellent heat resistance and solvent resistance is used as a surface film, and patterns are printed on the rear surface thereof, and then an excellently workable plastic film is employed as an intermediate film 3 so as to be laminated on the rear surface side having the printing 2 of the surface film, and further, the laminated film obtained is laminated on the base plate 4 of a metal in the form of putting the intermediate film into contact with the metal, thereby obtaining a metallic decorative board. For the plastic film used as a surface film, it is preferable to employ polyester film, in particular, a polyethylene terephthalate film that is biaxially oriented and has dimensional stability. In the printing of patterns to the surface film, an ordinary ink is used, and the printing is effected by a gravure method, screen method, and the like. |
