PURPOSE:To suppress production of peroxylipid over a long period and improve safeness of a feed by adding a cultured product of microorganisms belonging to a specific Aspergillus, Penicillium and Rhizopus as active ingredients to the feed. CONSTITUTION:A substance produced in a culture medium by aerobic fermentation of Aspergillus glaucus (example of yeast strain: HUT 2038), Aspergillus terreus (e.g., FERM P-9398), Aspergillus ruber (e.g., AHU 7176), Aspergillus ochraceus (e.g., AHU 7126), Penicillium glaucum (e.g., AHU 8026), Penicillium herquei (e.g., IFO 5734) or Phizopus oligospolus (e.g., NRRL 2710) is used as an antioxidant for fish-culturing feed or livestock feed containg a fish powder, etc. |
