<p>A system for the recording, presentation and viewing of three dimensional objects comprising a camera (10), a mount (19) for continuous panning, a screen (52), a device for presenting images of the objects on the screen (46), a separator (63) for separating the images on the screen into photopic and scotopic image components and transmitting said photopic and scotopic image components to an observer's eyes (61, 62), whereby the photopic and scotopic image components are transmitted with a natural time delay to the image processing area of the observer's brain, the panning motion causing a displacement between the photopic and scotopic image at the image processing area, whereby three dimensional images of said objects are continuously perceived by the observer.</p> |
