PURPOSE:To reduce an influence exercised by the heat of a rear wheel brake by forming an air guide port in the front position of the rear wheel brake of a rear cover with which a rear wheel brake is covered and locating an air guide member, through which running air through the air guide port is guided to a rear wheel brake, to the inner side of the rear cover. CONSTITUTION:In a scooter type motorcycle, the portion, ranging from a floor part to a rear frame 15, of a main frame is covered with a rear cover 16, and the front side of a unit swing engine 20 is pivotally supported 21 on a bracket 19 located to the central part of the rear frame 15. In a disc brake 81 of a rear wheel 23, a caliper 82 is supported on a bracket 83 fixed to a support bracket 26, and the caliper 82 of the disc brake 81 is covered with a rear cover 16. In which case, an air guide port 87 is formed in the side of the rear cover 16 and in the front position of the disc brake 81, and an air guide member 88 through which running air through the air guide port 87 is guided to the disc brake 81 is located inside the rear cover 16 to cool the disc brake 81 by means of running air. |
