PURPOSE:To perform high-precise regulation of a neutral position by determining a temporary neutral position of the one at a time of an input shaft and a yoke assembly, fixing the one thereof to the position, and driving the other with this state. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor 75 and an encoder 76 are mounted on a input shaft 26, a displacement gauge 71 is located at the end part of an output rod member 16 to measure a stroke displacement amount of an output rod member 16. The swing angle position of a yaw assembly 18 can be detected by means of a signal from a stepping motor 17. In a microcomputer, regarding the one of an input shaft 26 and the yoke assembly 18, a temporary neutral position is determined. The one is secured to the position, and with this state, the other is driven. Based on the current displacement state of an output rod member 16, correction of neutral position dividing of the one is executed, and thereafter, neutral position dividing of the other is corrected in a similar manner described above. |
