摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a heat radiation efficiency to be improved at the first louver in a group of upstream side louvers by a method wherein a flat part at an upstream end part is offset from a reference line. CONSTITUTION:As air flows from an upstream side, its direction is changed by each of louvers 18. The air flows as a descending flow toward a downstream side, flows toward the lower fins 10 of a heat exchanger, its flow is changed toward an upstream flow from the location of the central louver 15 and then the air flows toward a downstream side. During this operation, the flowing air is contacted with louvers 18 at each of groups 14 and 16 of louvers, thereby heat of cores at the heat exchanger transmitted from a tube 20 is removed to cool the cores of the heat exchanger. At this time, since an interface part 12A with the group 14 of the louvers at the flat part 12 of the upstream end side is offset from a reference line 17, a spacing between the flat part 12 and the first louver 14A in the group 14 of the louvers is increased to facilitate a flowing-in of air and this a heat radiation efficiency of the first louver 14A can be improved.
