<p>PURPOSE:To reduce variations in tension of a tape even when a winding diameter of the supply side reel is changed by changing the position of a lever in accordance with the winding diameter of the supply side reel in order to make the tension of the tape approximately constant and changing tension of a coil spring accordingly. CONSTITUTION:When the winding diameter of the supply side reel is large, a mode cam 57 is in a position as shown in the Figure (a). The winding diameter of the supply side reel is detected by a sensor, and this winding diameter is transmitted to a control device. When the take-up of the tape is progressed, and the winding diameter of the supply side reel becomes smaller than a prescribed value, a mode motor is driven by the control device, and the cam 57 is turned around an axis 55 to become under the state of the Figure (b). At this time, a cam groove 63 of the cam 57 is engaged with a pin 69 of the lever 65, and when the cam 57 is turned around the axis 55, the lever 65 is turned around an axis 67. When the winding diameter of the supply side reel becomes smaller than a prescribed value, the cam 57 is moved to change the tension of the coil spring 93, so that variations in the tape tension can be reduced. By this method, even when the winding diameter of the supply side reel is changed, the variations of the tape tension are diminished.</p> |
