NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> to R<6> are lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, (substituted)phenyl or substituted silyl]. EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula II. USE:Useful for a production raw material of a natural organic compound. PREPARATION:Silylethine expressed by formula III is made to react with silylethine expressed by formula IV in the presence of a ruthenium catalyst and carbonic acid gas and/or under light irradiation preferably at a temp. from room temperature to 100 deg.C under 0.1-2kg/cm<2> pressure.
