PURPOSE:To easily confirm a participant by storing a video data and a voice data of the participant and sending the data to a work station via a network. CONSTITUTION:A face and a figure or the like of each participant are picked up by video input devices 3a, 3b provided corresponding to each of work stations 1a, 1b and a video signal of each participant is obtained. Moreover, voice input devices 3a, 3b pick up the talking of each participant and a voice signal is obtained. The video signal and the voice signal obtained by the video input devices 3a, 3b and the voice input devices 4a, 4b are processed digitally and coded to be a video data and a voice data and sent to a network 2 by communication equipments 5a, 5b. The data is stored in a storage device 8 and the data is read from the name of the participant and displayed or outputted. Thus, the face and the behavior or the content of the utterance of each participant are easily confirmed. |
