PURPOSE:To rubberize a sheet surface of carpet, car mat, etc., by treating a fiber base cloth with an epoxy compound and then treating the base cloth with a rubber latex containing a blocked isocyanate to provide the fiber cloth having excellent heat resistance and release force. CONSTITUTION:A fiber base fabric of nylon, 'TETRON(R)', cotton, etc., is treated with an epoxy compound (preferably epoxy compound having 2-4 epoxy groups, e.g. neopentylglycoldiglycidyl ether) and then treated with a rubber latex having a blocked isocyanate to rubberize the sheet surface. |
