<p>PURPOSE:To perform high-precise assembly by assembling auxiliary devices in a state to position the lower part of a stay by means of a positioning jig, in assembly of auxiliary devices to a shroud frame having a shroud upper and an downwardly extending stay. CONSTITUTION:In a device to assemble a nose unit 20 to which auxiliary devices, such as a radiator 35 and a cooler condenser 37, and assemble the nose unit to a car body 2, the auxiliary devices are mounted in a state that a shroud panel 21 of the nose unit 20 is held by a jig 30. The whole of the nose unit 20 is assembled to a car body 2 in a state that the auxiliary devices are assembled to each other. Namely, a center stay 26 by which the frame of the nose unit 20 is composed togetherwith the shroud upper 22 and the lower parts of shroud side panels 27 and 27 are positioned by means of a positioning jig 30. The members 26 and 27 are positioned in a regular position to the shroud upper 22 with high precision, and with this state, the auxiliary devices are assembled to a shroud frame 21.</p> |
