<p>The apparatus for treatment according to the invention comprises a vessel comprising, in its upper part, a multiplicity of distribution spouts (8) arranged uniformly in a horizontal plane of cross-section of the vessel (1), these distribution spouts (8) consisting of tubes connected to a distribution circuit (5) for the fluid to be treated and provided with a plurality of calibrated orifices (11) and, in its lower part, a multiplicity of recovery drains (13) arranged uniformly in a cross-section plane of the vessel (1), these drains being provided with a plurality of calibrated orifices (15), means for injecting gas (16) are uniformly arranged in a cross-section plane of the vessel which is situated above the recovery drains (13).
