PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of finishing by inhibiting the local deflection of a blade in the axial direction on the basis of the result of detection of a blade deflection-quantity detecting means by a blade deflection correction means. CONSTITUTION:In the constitution of a slicing device, blade deflection-quantity detecting sensors 20, 21 are installed at two positions near the inlet section P1 and near the outlet section P2 of the work cutting section of a blade 10 while sections near both blade deflection-quantity detecting sensors 20, 21 are provided with blade deflection correction means 25, 26 respectively. Each blade deflection correction means 25, 26 is organized so as to inhibit local deflection on the basis of the results of detection of both blade deflection-quantity detecting sensors 20, 21 respectively. Accordingly, local deflection near the outlet section P2 can be corrected while considering deflection near the inlet section P1 of the blade 10, or local deflection near the inlet section P1 can be corrected while considering deflection near the outlet section P2 of the blade 10. |
