<p>PURPOSE:To improve picture quality by enabling accurate connection shooting by quickening the start of the servocontrol of a capstan motor for pause resetting, and thus eliminating unnaturalness such as the disorder, etc., of a picture at the connection shooting part during reproduction. CONSTITUTION:A signal C.CUT from a timing circuit 25 is supplied to a tracking control circuit 27, a braking circuit 28, and a connection-shooting delay circuit 29 arranged on the output side of the circuit 25 respectively. The tracking control circuit 27 delays the leading edge of the signal C.CUT by a certain time to obtain timing for a noiseless still picture, and the delay circuit 29 delays the trailing edge of the signal C.CUT by a certain time to obtain timing for the earliest servocontrol. The signal C.CUT1 is used to control the switching of a switch 23 arranged between a frequency servo circuit 19 and a driving circuit 24.</p> |
