PURPOSE:To dispense with an auxiliary memory device by providing a third memory means which erases data electrically and reloadable and nonvilatile and stores program change information. CONSTITUTION:The third memory means 4, which erases the data electrically and is reloadable and nonvolatile, is added on a device which executes an original program stored in a data unloadable nonvolatile first memory means 3 by transferring to a data reloadable second memory means 5. The change information for the original program stored in the second memory means 5 is stored in the third memory means 4, and program execution is performed after the program stored in the second memory means 5 is changed according to the change information stored in the third memory means 4. Thereby, it is possible to easily execute the program by changing the content of it from a remote place, and also, to dispense with an external auxiliary memory device.
