PURPOSE:To manufacture a mold of high weld strength by re-orienting mica in a filling section while retaining the characteristics of mica-filled thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Ten vol.% or more of mica 4 is disposed by 30 deg. angle or more to a section including a weld line 1 in the volume in the range of 1000mum with the weld line generated on the furface of a mica-filled thermoplastic resin injection mold as its center. There is no limit particularly to the kind and shape of mica 4 to be used at that time, and the same is selected widely out of white mica (muscovite), gold mica (phlogopite), synthetic fluorophlogopite and the like. |
