PURPOSE:To improve convenience of remote control of an illumination tool by means of a remote control device by controlling ON and OFF of the illumination tool when ON/OFF signal is received from at least one of the remote control unit and a portable remote control device. CONSTITUTION:A wall switch 14 comprises a remote control unit 17 provided in one body with a switch body 16 for incorporating a main switch 15 ON or OFF signal by pushing actuating ON/OFF push buttons is output through an infrared window 17b by means of infrared rays in this remote control part 17. On the other hand, a portable remote control 20 is constructed almost in the same way as the fixed remote control 17, and ON or OFF signal is outputted outward by means of infrared rays by pushing and actuating ON and OFF buttons. Because the remote control unit 17 having function of remote control is provided in a single body with the main switch 15 fixed on the wall, an illumination tool can be lighted simply even in the case when the portable remote control 20 is OFF-operated by placing both of them in ON operation. |
