PURPOSE:To judge whether or not a cooker can be reused when the cooker is suspended due to a decrease in temperature by providing different indication in response to the kinds of causes for suspension of heating. CONSTITUTION:When the detected temperature of an element temperature sensor 7a exceeds a specified one while the temperature of a switching element 3a is raised, an element temperature detecting means 7 produces an output to an element temperature indicating means 9a so as to be indicated on a display section 9. When a pan 1 is abnormally increased in temperature because of the poor temperature adjusting operation of the pan 1 acting as a heated material by means of a temperature adjusting means 5 and a control means 8 while the detected temperature of an abnormal temperature sensor 6a exceeds a specified one, an abnormal temperature detecting means 6 produces an output to an abnormal temperature indicating means 9b while the abnormal condition of the temperature sensor is indicated, thereby making it possible to inform an user of the cause of failure. |
