PURPOSE:To make the process in an exhaust gas easier by feeding a fuel gas to an anode side by a coal gasification device, and feeding the oxygen separated from the air to a cathode side and to the coal gasification device. CONSTITUTION:Coal 11 and oxygen separated from the air 13 by an oxygen separator 12 are fed to a coal gasification device 10 to refine a fuel gas. And the fuel gas is fed to the anode gas passage 7 of a stack 2, and at the same time, an oxidizer gas made by adding carbon dioxide to the oxygen from the device 12 in a catalyst combustor 15 is fed to a cathode gas passage 8. In the passage 8, electrons are received from a cathode 6, and the carbon dioxide and the oxygen react to produce carbonate ions. Then, the produced carbonate ions move the electrolyte 4 to the anode 5 side to produce water, carbon dioxide, and electrons, so as to generate the electric power. In such a constitution, the cathode gas led to a water separator 20 is separated into the water 22 and the carbon dioxide 23, and the carbon dioxide is stabilized and prevented from dispersing into the atmosphere. |
