PURPOSE:To attain impartial service at channel congestion by providing a subscriber database in which a talking limit time of each subscriber of mobile body communication is registered and revised to the system. CONSTITUTION:A dial signal is sent to a central controller 7 to access a relevant subscriber database 6 and a talking limit time set in advance by each subscriber is read and the subscriber is connected to an object subscriber. After the connection, the central controller 7 keeps talking till the talking limit time expires and interrupts an alarm tone for predicting forced interruption to a channel of a network 5 from a tone trunk 10 and sends it to a subscriber terminal equipment 3 and interrupts the call forcibly. Moreover, the call arrived to the subscriber terminal equipment 3 is processed similarly as prediction of forced interruption and then the forced interruption. Furthermore, the central controller connects to an input output terminal 2 via an I/O controller 11 to implement registration, revision and delete of the subscriber database. |
