ADHESIVE SHEET SUPPLY APPARATUS FOR IC CARD

PURPOSE:To rapidly and accurately attach an adhesive sheet to the recessed part of a card by holding the adhesive sheet by the suction body provided on the side of a punching female blade and attaching the same to the recessed part of the card for assembling an IC card. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of suction holes are formed to the under end surface of the suction body 56 provided in a punching female blade 81 and the under surface of the suction body 56 becomes the sucking surface for holding an adhesive sheet 5 punched into a predetermined shape by air-suction. Therefore, the punched adhesive sheet 5 is held to the sucking surface of the suction body 56. Continuously, the suction body 56 rises to move to the predetermined position above the recessed part 2a of the card 2 placed on an assembling table. Next, the holding action of the suction body 56 is stopped and the adhesive sheet 5 is attached to the recessed part 2a from the sucking surface of the suction body 56. By this method, the adhesive sheet 5 can be rapidly and certainly attached to the recessed part 2a of the card 2.
