PURPOSE:To make plural CPUs hold resources in common efficiently by executing a delivery of access information to resources at least twice between each CPU, and executing an arbitration with regard to access of the resources between each CPU. CONSTITUTION:A CPU1 outputs access information of ''0'' and ''1'' to a transmission RM0 and RM1, respectively, when this system has been initialized. When it is decided that access to resources 3 can be executed by the first monitor of access information outputted by a CPU2, the access information which has been outputted to the transmission line RM1 is changed to ''0'' from ''1''. Also, when it is decided that the access can be executed by the second monitor, the access information which has been outputted to the transmission RM0 is varied to ''1'' from ''0''. In the same way, the CPU2 monitors two times the access information outputted by the CPU1, and varies the own access information in accordance with a step of the access. |
