PURPOSE:To obtain a conductive polyurethane foam having a dense uniform cell and having conductivity at a non-charging level comparatively stable to a temperature change by mixing graphite at 15-60wt.% of the total quantity of a resin as conductive fines. CONSTITUTION:The conductive polyurethane foam is acquired by foaming a mixture, in which conductive fine powder is mixed and dispersed in a resin constituting a polyurethane foam, by mechanical agitation. Graphite is mixed at 15-60wt.% of the total quantity of the resin as conductive fines. Consequently, the conductive polyurethane foam having dense uniform cells is obtained while conductivity at a non-charging level comparatively stable even to a temperature change by the quantity of mixing into the specific range of graphite is acquired. When the conductive polyurethane form is used as a blank 1 for a roller, the blank 1 satisfying prescribed properties is obtained. |
