SELF-MONITOR EQUIPMENT FOR STANDBY CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an oscillator for a monitor circuit side and to reduce the effect of noise by operating the monitor circuit with a drive clock of a monitored circuit. CONSTITUTION:A monitored equipment 100 consists of a monitored section 101 and a monitor circuit 111. The monitored section 101 consists of an oscillator 102 for driving the circuit and a monitored circuit 104 operated by a drive clock 103 from the oscillator 102 and applies the drive clock 103 to the monitor circuit 111. Thus, it is not required to provide newly an oscillator to drive the monitor circuit, the oscillator and its peripheral circuit are not required and the effect on the monitored circuit is not caused.
