<p>PURPOSE:To correctly store large and small cassettes in a cassette storage part by inhibiting the large cassette from being ejected when inserted even if a small cassette misinsertion detecting means is in a misinsertion detection state. CONSTITUTION:When large cassettes 1 and small cassettes 2 are inserted selectively at mutually different positions in the cassette storage part 3, the correct insertion and misinsertion of those large and small cassettes 1 and 2 are detected by detecting cuts formed in the bottom surfaces of the large and small cassettes 1 and 2 at mutually different positions, and when the misinsertion is detected, the large and small cassettes 1 and 2 are automatically ejected. When the insertion of the large cassette 1 is detected, the large cassette 1 is inhibited from being ejected even if misinsertion detecting means 70a and 70b for the small cassette 20 are in the misinsertion detection state. Consequently, when the large and small cassettes 1 and 2 correctly inserted at the mutually different positions, those large and small cassettes 1 and 2 can correctly be stored in the cassette storage part 3.</p> |
