PURPOSE:To easily control a spurious resonance frequency by notching at least one point of an outer conductor or either of the outer conductor and a dielectric body of a coaxial dielectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:A corner of an upper face of an open end of an outer conductor 3 is notched by trimming or the like partly to form a notched part 6. It is possible to control a spurious resonance frequency by varying the size of the part 6 and the spurious resonance frequency in the TE mode is changed in a low direction.
