<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate programming regardless of memory capacity by providing a dummy data output means and outputting predetermined dummy data. CONSTITUTION:In 1st operation mode, a memory means 1 or circuit means 3 and 5 are placed in normal writing or reading operation and in 2nd operation mode, programming on the memory means 1 is performed by using a program device. When an address signal AD specifying an address in a 1st address area is supplied, data is written in or read out of the memory means 1, but when an address signal specifying an address which is not in the 1st address area is supplied, the predetermined dummy data is outputted at the time of the reading operation. Consequently, even when the capacity of the program device is different from the capacity of the memory means 1, the programming on the memory means 1 becomes possible.</p> |
