PURPOSE:To enhance safety and stability of temperature as well by making adjustment in heating in response to the difference in temperature between a wide range temperature detecting means detecting overall temperature and a small range temperature detecting means detecting temperature around the neighborhood of a center section. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a heated container 1 is heated by an induction heating coil 30, when the judging temperature of both temperature detecting means, that is, a wide range temperature detecting unit 23 and a small range temperature detecting unit 27, is adjusted, it can be made possible that the temperature of the container is controlled to be constant regardless of the condition of the camber of the bottom surface of the container. This thereby eliminates the occurrence of oil fire caused by the camber of the bottom surface of the container, thereby making it possible to stabilize cooking performance with temperature frequently controlled during cooking. |
