PURPOSE:To plainly and simply set a sampling condition by moving a cursor on a display on which a chromatogram is displayed to automatically calculate and set the sampling condition. CONSTITUTION:The chromatogram of the same sample as a sample to be identified is called out of a chromatogram memory part 4 to be displayed on a display 6 and, when a cursor is moved on the display 6 in a horizontal axis direction by operating an input part 8, the time of a sampling condition is calculated in a time calculation part 10a and, when the cursor is moved in a vertical axis direction, a signal level is calculated in a level calculation part 10b and, when the start and end points of a chromatographic peak are designated by the cursor, a slope as the sampling condition is calculated and the sampling condition is stored in a condition memory part 12 and sent to a fraction collector 2 at the time of sampling operation after rain to control sampling operation. By this method, the sampling condition can be plainly and simply set. |
