<p>PURPOSE:To provide strength with fusion bonding force and to be used outdoors for a long period of time by containing a coloring agent in a fluorine containing resin film coating a metal sheet. CONSTITUTION:A metal sheet is coated with a fluorine containing resin film, and said film contains a coloring agent. As for fluorine containing resin, tetrafluoroethylene resin or trifluoroethylene resin is preferred, and for the tetrafluroethylene resin, an ethylene - tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE) is preferred. Further, for the metal sheet, aluminum (Al) metal or iron (Fe) metal is preferred. As for the coloring agent, zinc white (ZnO), cobalt green (CoOZnOMgO), ultramaine blue (3NaAl.SiO4.Na2S2), cobalt purple (Co3(PO4)2) or the like is used. When the metal sheet is coated with the colored fluorine containing resin film, said film and/or metal sheet is heated and fixed by pressure each other, and then a film coated metal sheet thus manufactured is reheated at the temperature of more than softening temperature (mp) and the heating composition temperature of fluorine containing resin.</p> |
