PURPOSE:To make a housing device large in volume while the cooling performance of an air cooled engine is being secured by letting the bottom section of the housing device come close to the upper section of an engine, and thereby forming baffles plates integrally with the bottom section, which introduces running air to the engine. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder body section of an engine unit 9 is cooled by air forcively introduced within an air shroud 9a, and a cylinder head section is cooled by natural running air. In this case, since baffle plates 13h and 13h are formed integrally with a baggage room 13f swelled downward from a housing device 13, running air is led by the baffle plates 13h so that it thereby flows afterward while efficiently cooling the cylinder head section. As the baffle plates 13h are thus provided, sufficient cooling performance can thereby be secured even if the bottom surface of the housing device 13 is made to come close to the head section of the engine unit 9. By this constitution, a housing box 13a can be formed with the baggage room 13f while being swelled out, the housing device 13 can thereby be enlarged in volume by that much. |
