PURPOSE:To upgrade resistance to heat, resistance to stain and resistance to weather by using mainly fluorine plastic for at least one kind of thermoplastic resins of a laminated film bonded on the surface of a composite metal. CONSTITUTION:A composite metal is composed of laminated film comprising two kinds or more of thermoplastic resin layers on the surface of the metal plate and bonded on the surface of the sheet, and at least one kind of thermoplastic resin is mainly fluorine plastic. The fluorine containing plastic is thermoplastic resin containing fluorine in the molecular structural formula of resin, and for example, tetrafluoroethylene resin, trifluoroethylene resin, difluoroethylene resin or monofluoroethylene resin and/or a composite of the resins or the like, and among other things, tetrafluoroethylene resin is preferred. As for the metal sheet, the metal sheet of iron, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel or the like is used, and among other things, an aluminum metal sheet is preferred. |
